Before we start to assemble, we need to collect all the things we need.

These are BOM list (which prefers to the component list here), pick&place file, stencil, a final product picture or 3D stimulation picture.

Making a PCB - PCB Manufacture step by step

01. IQC

We will check all the components for quality and quantity before we do the production.

02. Program

First engineer will transfer your pick&place file into a programmed file which can be read by the auto-assembly machine.

03. Feeding

The 3rd we will begin to fix all the components onto the Feeders, and fix the feeders onto the auto-assembly machine.

04. Print

The 4th step is to print the solder paste onto the PCB boards.

05. Assemble

The 5th step is to use auto-assembly machine to pick and place all the components onto the PCB boards.

06. Reflow

The 6th step is to put all the assembled boards into the Reflow to make the solder paste into solid status.

07. OQC Check

The 7th step is to do the OQC inspection for all the boards after reflow.

08. DIP Pre-preparation

The 8th step is to pre-prepare all the DIP components, shape them into the status which we need for the final products.

09. Plugin

The 9th step is to plug all the DIP components into the boards.

10. Solder Waving

The 10th step is to put the boards with DIP components into the Solder Waving Machine.

11. Make Up Soldering

The 11th step is to check the boards and solder some special components which cannot pass the Solder Waving Machine onto the board.

12. Test

The 12th step is to check do visual or AOI inspection and then do some functional test if necessary.

13. Package

The 13th step is to package.
