CEM-3 PCB

CEM3 PCB boardCEM-3 is very similar to FR4. Instead of woven glass fabric a "flies" type is used. CEM-3 has a milky white color and is very smooth. It is a complete replacement for FR4 and has a very large market share in Asia. It is a kind of flame retardant epoxy copper-clad plate glass material, is generally used in electronics with double sided and multilayer pcb boards. And CEM – 3 is a new printed circuit substrate material developed based on FR – 4. In recent years, CEM-3 is used to replace FR-4 in Japan, even more than the FR – 4 dosage.

Aluminum PCB

CEM-1 PCB

We have many years experience in CEM-1 PCB manufacturing especially for the material of CEM-1 which widely used in some led projects. CEM-1 is low-cost, flame-retardant, cellulose-paper-based laminate with only one layer of woven glass fabric.This paper presents some of the key thermo-hygro-mechanical properties of CEM laminates used in printed circuit board fabrication.

FR1 PCB

FR1 film is the United States GE company launched a PC flame retardant insulation film, color is milky white, a smooth, matte side, has high insulation, high temperature resistance, flame retardant level is high, has the advantages of easy folding, bending, forming and other characteristics.86pcb have advantage of large quantity production of FR1. It's normally used in some consumer goods.

FR4 PCB

FR4 is a flame resistant material level code, the meaning is the resin material after the combustion state of a material ,specification must be able to extinguish, it is not a material name, but a material level, so FR4 grade materials are generally used on the circuit board has many types, but most is the so-called four function (Tera-Function) of epoxy resin and filler (Filler) and composite material made of glass fiber. FR4 PCB can be from 2 to 24 layers PCB board.

High-frequency PCB

Special Material PCB

We can supply PCB with various board material to meet many special products' technical parameters. For example: Rogers4350, Rogers4003, Arlon 25FR, 25N for Ceramic PCB powder filling, other Rogers series, Taconic series, Arlon series, Nelco series ect for PTFE high frequency material. Those special materials are mainly used in high frequency PCB which requires more steady performance and function.

HDI PCB

HDI boards, one of the fastest growing technologies in PCBs, are now available at Epec. HDI Boards contain blind and/or buried vias and often contain microvias of .006 or less in diameter. They have a higher circuitr density than traditional circuit boards.

Multilayer PCB

Multi-layer or multi-layer printed circuit board is a circuit board composed of two or more conductive layers (copper layers) stacked on top of each other. The copper layer is bonded together by the resin layer (prepreg). Multi-layer PCB is one of the most complex types of printed circuit boards. Due to the complexity of the manufacturing process, the lower production volume and the difficulty of redoing make their prices relatively high. The increased concentration of integrated circuit packages has led to a high concentration of interconnects, necessitating the use of multiple substrates. In printed circuit layout, there have been unforeseen design issues such as noise, stray capacitance, crosstalk and so on. Multi-layer is put into use in professional electronic equipment (computers, military equipment), especially in the weight and volume overload. However, this can only be used to increase the cost of multi-substrate in exchange for space.

Thick Copper PCB Board

The main purpose of thickening copper plating is to ensure that there is enough thick copper plating in the hole to ensure that the resistance is within the range of the process requirements. Flexible PCB

Rigid-Flexible PCB

Rigid-flexible pcb is combination of both the FPC characteristics and Rigid PCB features. Therefore, it can be used for some products with special requirements that needs a certain flexible area, but also a certain rigid area.In order to save internal product space and reduce finished product volume, improve product performance gives great help .

Carbon Ink PCB

High TG PCB

When the temperature rises to a certain area, the substrate will change from "glassy state" to "rubber state". The temperature is called the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the high Tg circuit board.The general Tg plate is more than 130 degrees, the high Tg is generally greater than 170 degrees, and the medium Tg is more than 150 degrees.The PCB circuit board is usually less than 170 DEG C Tg, so more than 130TG, called the high Tg circuit board.The Tg of the substrate is improved, and the heat resistance, moisture resistance, chemical resistance and stability of the PCB will be improved and improved. The higher the TG value, the better the temperature resistance of the plate, especially in the lead free process, the higher Tg application is more and more.
